Delicious and moist mango muffins for morning tea or afternoon tea.

1 and half cup self-raising flour
100 g melted butter
½ cup castor sugar
1 tablespoon yoghurt mixed with ¾ cup milk
1 tablespoon shredded orange rinds in syrup
1 cup diced cooked mango in syrup
Get muffin tin and paper cups
Preheat the oven up to 200 degrees C
Mix all ingredients together, gently but quickly
Spoon onto muffins cup then place them in the tin
Bake in a very hot oven at the preheated oven for 13-16 minutes
Transfer the freshly baked muffin onto a cooling tray to cool
Serve hot, or warm with coffee or tea.
