Pretty sandwiches are excellent for luncheon or high tea, or simply prepare these beautiful finger sandwiches for Sunday lunch for your family.
Savoury scones and brioche are very easy to prepare, serve them as they are or use as garnish for soups. Brioche: we love our savoury or sweet brioche freshly baked from the oven, it is good to eat fresh and it freezes well too, so we can always have it at any time. I prepared all these savouries and sweets, to share with friends and family. Yes it was a special day for us.
Gallete and Sponge
Susan and Tristan were home for a visit, and of course Alfie- Susan’s dog came along. I baked two tiers Sponge cakes and they loved it.
No Alfie was not allowed to have it as he has his own treat and food.

It looks so sweet and pretty with herb and fresh fruits for the decoration. It sliced well, it’s moist and light.
Spring time while we are enjoying the backyard, the garden and it’s beauty with family and friends, hot tea is served with delicious savouries and sweets. Indeed I have been busy preparing delicate savouries and delicious sweets for a treat for the past weeks, they were very delightful.
On that note I will show you some pictures of my beautiful flowers from the garden, and the new additions.
